Founded by friends and Chefs Matt Vawter, Sean McGaughey, and Melissa McGaughey, Threefold is an artisan bakery bringing long-fermented sourdough breads, classic and inspired pastries, and excellent coffee to Breckenridge, CO.
Our story began in Breck over 20 years ago. We developed our craft together, branched out onto our own ventures, and now find ourselves back here, reunited—dedicated to our community, committed to doing things right, and in love with the craft.
Whether it's to grab a cappuccino and croissant before catching the first chair, or a post-hike moment to enjoy a sandwich and cookie, we hope to see you in here soon.
